What is Final Grading?

Before starting the final grading process, it’s important that you’ve received your Rough Grade Certificate and Plot Plan from your builder. These documents confirm that the initial grading has been completed properly and that the required elevation and slope are in place. This ensures that your final grade complies with local municipal standards.
The Final Grade Approval Process
Once Zebra Landscaping completes the final grading work, a surveyor will come to take measurements of the property to confirm the grade. These measurements are then submitted to the municipality for inspection. After approval, the municipality will issue the Final Grade Certificate, confirming your property has met the necessary requirements.
